Another Easter!

OMG, another Easter! How can a year go by so quickly? I must have the lamest blog out there lol. Well, we had a ton of snow on the ground this year after 2 blizzards, so we had to hide the eggs inside the house, which Brooklyn didn't mind one bit, and had dinner with family (twice lol). I died some new playsilks for the Easter basket thinking what a great alternative to plastic grass and it was really cute. The Folkmani mini chick was adorable, along with their new Thumbelina doll! Hope everyone had a great Easter!

Making your own sling is not very hard, you just need the fabric, a pair of rings, and a basic sewing machine. You also need the ability to sew a straight line! Just click on the heading and it will take you to the free directions.

We had a great Easter. We live in a small town, where one of two yearly events was cancelled. But they added a new one, the church right down the street actually had a drive thru lol! The Easter Bunny was there, and we drove right through and picked up a bag of candy and a little coloring book. Brooklyn got to say Hello to the Easter Bunny :D

Then we came home and hid eggs for Brooklyn in the back yard. She had a blast finding them, and had to announce each one. My Mom & Brother came over and we had a brunch. It took a lot of coaxing, but we finally got her to try on her bunny ears.
